House Rules

• No smoking in my house. If you feel the need to smoke, you may do so outside. Do not leave your butts in my yard.

• No consumption of alcohol on my property. If you feel you must have a drink in order to perform or show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, stay away. I don’t want your business.

• This goes without saying, but remember that if we are recording at my house you are in my home. Please conduct yourself accordingly. Enough said.

• No unnecessary people allowed in the studio. The room gets crowded enough as it is. Anyone who is not a part of the recording process is not allowed in. Your friends can hear the recording after it's done - not while it's being made.

• If you are a band (as opposed to an individual), all members must remain in the studio area while recording. I do not want people coming and going and absolutely no wandering around in my house.

• No food allowed in the studio area without my permission.
